The others, from their own pricing pages.

We read each vendor's public pricing page on September 12, 2026 and wrote down what it says: the price, the minimum, and what it counts. Where a page gives no number, we say so. Links to every source are at the bottom.

Two portfolios

What the published terms add up to.

Two portfolios sized like the people we build for. Each bar uses that vendor's own published formula. Vendors whose page gives no computable price, or whose unit pricing is not spelled out, are in the table below instead of the bars.

A landlord: 3 buildings, 30 suites

Owns the buildings, runs them alone. Needs leases, the ledger, work orders, insurance dates.
TenantLogixLandlord, monthly
$49
Yardi Breeze$2 × 30 units, $200 floor, annual
$200
STRATAFOLIO$160 + 25 × $2, annual, plus QuickBooks
$210

A manager: 12 buildings, 150 suites

Manages for several owners. Needs CAM, owner statements, a team.
TenantLogixManager, monthly
$149
Yardi Breeze$2 × 150 units, annual
$300
STRATAFOLIO$160 + 145 × $2, annual, plus QuickBooks
$450

Monthly figures. TenantLogix is shown at its monthly price; yearly is two months less. Yardi Breeze and STRATAFOLIO prices are the ones their pages give for an annual agreement. STRATAFOLIO also requires a QuickBooks Online or Desktop subscription, which is not included in its bar.

Side by side

Price, minimum, and what gets counted.

The unit of pricing tells you who a product was built for. Residential tools count doors. TenantLogix counts buildings and suites, and measures the building in square feet, because that is how a commercial lease is written.

Straight talk

When one of them is the better choice.

We would rather you pick the right tool than pick us and leave.

Pick one of the others if

  • You run hundreds of residential units. The door-count tools are built and priced for that.
  • You need online rent payments today. Card and ACH inside TenantLogix are coming; until then you record payments that ran elsewhere.
  • Your accountant lives in QuickBooks and wants the ledger to sync. TenantLogix keeps its own ledger and exports CSV and PDF.
  • You want two-factor sign-in or a SOC 2 report this quarter. Here is where we stand.

Pick TenantLogix if

  • You run three to thirty commercial buildings and think in square feet, not doors.
  • You want to look at any date and see the rent roll, aging and occupancy as they were, or will be.
  • You want CAM pools, caps and reconciliation runs without an enterprise contract in front of them.
  • You want to open a company today and import your spreadsheet yourself.

Priced for three buildings.
Built for the way they lease.
